If it's worth torturing yourself over 7 lbs, you can google it and get lots of results, though most, if not all of the advice will be unsafe.0

It's not fast and by the way fast don't work. Be fair, consistent and lose 2 pounds a week. You can do it here but no cheating. Now to really blow your mind, I lost 5 pound in the last two days. Disclaimer: I had a big three day weekend with company. Massive food and booze. Once I stop, manage my intake and start running the bloat goes quickly.0

Fast is the wrong approach. Fast usually means temporary/yoyoing.
What will 100 percent work is a reasonable calorie deficit. Meeting your daily requirements for protein/fat/fiber/vitamins. Basically just follow what the mfp app recomends. You don't have much to lose so a 0.5 lbs per week setting is probably best. If you go this route it might take slightly longer, but you'll get the results you want and learn a long term sustainable approach0 -
Also if you cut weight too fast, you'll lose muscle. Which means you might not have any abs to show off. You'll just be "skinny fat", which I'm guessing isn't what you want, lol.0

Hello. I have a few suggestions.
1) Try intermittent fasting. Fasting is when you go thru long periods of the day without food, and you use the remainder of the day to get the calories you need. For instance, I intermittent fast for 17 hours. This means that I start fasting at 6pm. I fast from 6pm-11am (next day). This is easy for me because I go to bed at 9:30pm. So by the time I hit the sack I've been fasting for 3.5 hrs. When I wake up at 4:30 I've been fasting for 10.5 hrs! Before I go to the gym I will drink a cup of black coffee, or a sugar free redbull. I like doing this because caffeine suppresses appetite. I then workout, come home and get ready for work. My first meal isn't till 11-12pm. I will then get my 2000 calories up until 6pm. This is important. Limit carbs! Use Sunday as a cheat day and eat a few foods that you normally wouldn't have during the other 6 days. Just don't overdo it.
2) Add weight training to your regimen. Weight training is great because you'll continue to burn fat even when you're not working out. And no, you will not become a a muscle woman. That takes years and years of working with weights.
3) Setup your eating schedule on Sunday for the upcoming week. I like to eat the same thing for most of the week. Keep things simple so you don't lose the motivation to stay the course. Simple is good.
I like to use VPX RedLine drink for energy. The stuff is like crack. Only drink half per session. It's pretty powerful stuff. Finally, look online for intermittent fasting success stories. You Tube has plenty of videos on IF.
Good Luck.0
