What do you mean is it "ok"? Ingredients wise, calorie wise, etc

Didn't you just have another thread where you got told a bunch of times 'if it fits your calories for the day, you're all good'?

For some, the small amount for the high calories will mean less satisfaction. For others PB, is a godsend.

It sounds like it would be helpful if you didn't want to weigh your servings. Other than that, and the price, it's no different from regular peanut butter, which, as with all foods, is ok as long as it's within your calorie allotment.

Okay how? For me those little containers have too many calories so they're not okay for me, but I have no idea what your goals/needs/desires are....

It's fine as long as it fits in your calorie goal. If it bothers you, I will take it off your hands.

If you eat in a calorie deficit, no, it will not 'mess you up.'

The difference between what it takes to maintain your current weight and what your current intake is.
    MFP calculates it for you.

if you choose 0.5 lb per week, your calorie goal is 250 below what you maintain at.
if you choose 1 lb, the difference is 500.
if you choose 1.5 lbs, the difference is 750.
if you choose 2 lbs, the difference is 1000.

I know, right? I was thinking they'd be perfect for me since I tend to binge on an open jar of PB, but 260 calories is too rich for my blood.

Better off getting a digital scale and weighing your portions yourself to keep some control on those calories and to keep in mind how fast it adds up if not weighing it every time.

You could always get the little salad dressing containers and put 1 tbsp in them for convenience. Thats around 96 cals. If you are getting those to stop from eating out of a jar, could work. Or for binge eating it could work. But all depends if it fits in your calories for the day. Other than that its a healthy snack.
