    1. Congrats on your loss!
    2. Are you weighing your food and choosing accurate log entries? You are at a point where tight logging is necessary.
    3. Is your calorie goal appropriate? It may be that you're eating at maintenance. Go into goals and set MFP to lose .5 pounds a week. If that goal seems too low, start exercising to earn more calories.

Are you eating at a calorie deficit?

    This.

Also, the closer you get to your goal weight, the more important it is to log EVERYTHING you eat as accurately as possible. Weigh everything in grams if possible.

The last 10 pounds are hard because the calorie deficit we can create becomes small. Very accurate logging becomes necessary to ensure you're actually creating a calorie deficit and aren't eating at maintenance or more.

If you aren't already, log everything, down to gum and vitamins. Use a food scale to weigh as much of your food as you can. If you normally eat someone else's cooking or out at restaurants, try making your own for awhile so you can control the ingredients and portions.

The last 10 pounds requires logging to be tighter.

Me too! I've lost 30 lbs and I have five more to loose. Just can't seem to move that scale! If you or anyone else is looking for more friends in similar situations feel free to add me.
