It is OK that the next day after my first workout to feel much tired and like not doing much?

so long as you get yourself up and get on with your day and not use it as an excuse
make sure you are eating adequately to fuel your workouts0 -
I'm 5.4 feet and 152 lbs and I eat 1700ish calories every day without my workout calories. But it's my third day after many years of just trying to lose weight by starving myself and I'm kinda stuck with the thought that I will be as tired as I was then.0

eat back half your workout calories
have a shower and get out and have a walk
give it a few weeks and you'll start to feel exhilarated0 -
