Hi, I gave birth to my daughter 3 months ago and have gained a lot of weight since getting pregnant... I haven't weighed myself in over 9 months (I was scared to do it!!). Tonight I was brave and I'm 14st!! I've gained 4st... I'm devastated, I knew I couldn't fit in anything I used to wear but putting a number to it has made me determined to change and get back to being happy with myself!!

    Hey.. slowly over 10 yrs I gained 3 stones and 3 beautiful baby girls... been at this for 6 weeks and am down 1 stone 3 pounds.... I cant believe its actually working lol. Good luck hun
