Good morning everyone! I am starting my improved health journey today... I know I will have some struggles along the way but I have a positive attitude and I'm ready to go... I'm glad you decided to take control of your health! It is a struggle, especially in the beginning. Make sure you have a solid plan in place. Stick to the 3 keys of fitness: Nutrition, Exercise, and Support. Feel free to add me.
