Well, I blew it tonight
Our granddaughter had a baseball game this evening. I did not plan dinner so when we came home I started piecing - only problem, I didn't quit.
Not going to do that again. That is why I have a crockpot!!0 -

Just a thought to share, a late night snack is GOOD for you. As long as its something with protein or complex carb.. Like an apple, or brocolli, maybe a kale salad with hummus as a dressing...as your muscles are replenishing through the night these foods help them build and get the nutrition you need for stronger muscle growth! Best of luck all!
Also, to avoid junky late night snacks the best defense is to not have them in your house at all. With kids, that can be hard, but doable.0 -

Just realized I did not report on yesterday so here it is:

The other night when I grazed the kitchen, I still did not go over calories. I couldn't believe it. But I did log every bite so I know it is right. I am doing OK so far tonight, but it isn't over yet.
