Quick measuring question

When you measure meat, are you supposed to measure before or after cooking? Specifically, it's for this nutrition data:

Unless the package says that the info is for cooked, I go with the uncooked weight.0

I use this site and it has both precooked and post cooked weights. And you can usually copy and paste the description directly into MFP's database search tool and find them in the database.

I go always weigh my meats raw.0

If I'm cooking for both my husband and me I'll weigh it cooked because I lose track of which piece is which in the pan (I guess I could put an onion or peppercorn on top). If I'm cooking for just myself I'll weight it raw.0
