    PB is good.

PB with any other ingredient than peanuts is not good.

PB in environmentally unfriendly too many calories for a single serving is... Jif marketing department's wet dream.

I buy the Jif packets and take them to work with celery, english muffins, etc., but I only use a 1/2 packet at a time because I have a hard time justifying an entire packet of peanut butter in one setting. Just an idea if you don't want all the calories in one setting.

I mean it's high in calories will it mess me up?

If it fits into your calorie and nutrition goals, you like it, and you don't suffer any ill effects from eating it, then it should be fine. FWIW, I get the Jif cups sometimes for snacks.I usually pair them with some apple slices, but do whatever you like best. :flowerforyou:

i really love peanut butter and i think it's great in moderation, just make sure it fits your calories and/or macros (whichever you track)
