It's great in Asian style lettuce wraps.0

I really liked this one - http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/quick-turkey-chili.html
I've also done this, but it took a lot of tweaking to make it healthy, so if you're a person who follows recipes by the letter it might not be the best idea. http://www.bakedbyrachel.com/buffalo-chicken-meatloaf-cupcakes-with-mashed-potato-frosting/0 -
I love to make homemade meat sauce for spaghetti/spaghetti squash (sautee onion, crushed garlic, 1 lb ground turkey, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, add 1/2 cup red wine, 1 large can crushed tomatoes, simmer, add 1 small can tomato paste, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar). I also add cumin, chili powder and cilantro and sautee with onion then serve as tacos, taco salad, lettuce wrap tacos. Add Asian spices and make turkey lettuce wraps. Cook it up and toss in the slow cooker with broth, rotel, beans, corn and chili powder for enchilada soup. Add some poultry seasoning and bake or pan fry as hamburgers. Add onion, egg, poultry spices and ketchup for meatloaf (sometimes I also add sriracha). I also like to cook some up and keep in the fridge to toss with scrambled eggs, black beans, avocado and salsa in a tortilla for a yummy breakfast burrito.0

Hi there! When it comes to ground turkey, pretty much anything where you would use beef, you can use the ground turkey in it's place. But I did find some recipes online for you, if you want to check them out. Hope this helps you some!

My favorite is chili. It's quick and cheap. I usually make it once a week.
1 lb ground turkey breast
1/2 an onion, chopped
1/2 a bell pepper, chopped
1 packet of low sodium chili seasoning (or make your own)
1 can crushed tomatoes (I prefer whole peeled tomatoes and crush them myself)
1 can dark red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can black beans, pinto beans or white northern beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can of corn (optional)
I cook the turkey in a skillet with the onion and bell pepper first, then add the chili seasoning, followed by the tomatoes, and then the beans and corn. Heat until everything is hot, then serve.
My family also likes it on rice.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, add0 -
I use ground turkey now instead of ground beef most of the time... just swap it out in place of beef. I made mini turkey meatloafs for work this week. Mixed a pack of ground turkey with a pack of mild italian turkey sausage, onion, mustard, adobo seasoning salt, pepper, one egg white and just a bit of shredded cheese. They were really good. Tacos, unstuffed cabbage rolls, meatballs and yellow squash noodles (my fav), chili, etc.

This site...

She has a lot of recipes using ground turkey. All of her recipes are WW friendly plus she gives a calorie count w/nutrients.
I also find her recipes easy to substitute ingredients and use what you have on hand.0 -

I use 6 oz of lean ground turkey with 150-200 grams of zucchini and squash, tomato, mushroom, onion, garlic, sautéed with cholula chipotle hot sauce, and mixed in with a laughing cow cheese. It taste like hamburger helper except with turkey...and squash.0

I love Laarb (a Thai dish) which I have totally altered to make a healthy, lower calorie meal.
Chop up green cabbage, cucumber, tomato. Put in large bowl. Add fresh chopped mint (and basil and cilantro if you have it). Dress with some grated garlic, Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce, lime juice, and a bit of sweetener of your choice, as well as sriracha (or hot chilis).
In a non stick frying pan, cook some chopped onion with your ground turkey or chicken on very high heat. Once browned, add a bit of fish sauce. Mix with the cool salad ingredients. Add hot sauce as you like. Yum!

Mozzarella turkey burgers (http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/mozzarella_stuffed_turkey_burgers.html)
Made these last night -- skipped making the tomato sauce, & put all the cheese inside (didn't have shredded mozzarella, used 1 light mozz cheese stick cut up in each one instead- came to 222 cal/burger). Came out very well!! Could use other cheeses & just vary the herbs, or double the recipe & make a meatloaf instead.0 -
I use it for meatballs in marinara (any recipe is fine) and put them in a whole wheat pita.0

I came to say exactly the same thing. Also if you don't want to fully replace the ground beef, it works well as a 50/50 mix with ground beef.0 -

I like patties done on the BBQ but I add some craisins in to my meat and crumb and poultry seasoning mixture before cooking so that it tastes like turkey with cranberry jelly when you get that bit of craisin in your bite. Tastes so good, doesn't need buns.0
