    Hey there. I am in the same boat. Turned 30 in March and looking to drop about 10 pounds. I am very active, when it comes to exercise, and looking for folks to keep up that lifestyle. My diet is marginal (What can I say? I enjoy delicious food) so that was my primary motivation for starting to track calories. I live in Paris, OH.
