Been logging in since April 2015 need advice about more protein in my nutrition

hello I been using my fitness app to log in my meals since April I have lost about 18 pounds or my prepregnancy weight and want to lose another 15. I can't seem to get enlighten protein my body requires daily. Any tips or advice would help! I do work out 4 to 5 times a week and I do weight training right now.

    Hi, when I'm struggling to hit my protein goal I eat either if the following: tuna, chicken, cheese, protein shake or a protein bar. :-) good luck x

    I don't eat seafood but I can do extra chicken or protein thanks Rachael

    What is your carb fat protein %%% look like? I.e mine is 60%carbs 25%protein and 15%fat

    40 carb 40 protein 20 fat

    You could always look at suppliments. I'm not a fan of most of them since they contain a lot of other ingredients. I am using Syntha 6 Isolate for its low sugar and calorie content. 25g of protein per scoop. Tastes pretty good too. I just did not want to eat as much food as it would have taken to get to my protein goal. Good luck!

    Thank you I currently take amp whey protein one scoop a day on my weight lifting days . I just feel like my food is not giving me enough protein to feed my muscles
