Protein intake?

i am a 6'5 male that weights 215 pounds.
The app says I should be eating 200 grams of protein.. Does that sound right? Also, if it is... How am I supposed to hit that goal without eating large amounts of meats?

    Well I'm 6'5" 210 lbs . Besides lean meats I use Meal Replacements and protein shakes to hit my numbers .

    I eat the higher protein fruits/veggies, as well as beans, nuts, seeds and brown rice/Quinoa. Don't get me wrong I love a monster burger here and there, I just keep the meat to a minimum. www.greatveganathletes.com

    this! Right now because of a steps challenge at work and my lifting routine the app is telling me today 303 g. Granted I'm on a cut and originally put only 500 caloric deficit but still am able to hit the 220-260 range daily through the above (6'2" 230 lbs)

    Dont really need more than 1-1.2g of protein per lb
