How do you guys track/figure out calories burned from kettle bell workouts? These are the ones I am currently doing.

Oh and as I am also brand new to this, do these seem OK? Or are there others I should look into? I'm mainly targeting weight loss but don't mind getting some improved mussel out of it.0

I use a heart rate monitor (Polar H7) and the app on my phone. Not only does it calculate the calories burned for a session, it also provides me with a chart of what my heart rate is doing throughout my workout, so I can adjust my levels of effort accordingly.0
