    Hey SportyLady,

Sounds like you are getting close to your goal - don't give up yet. Weight loss and fitness goals have their ups and downs (literally) but if you keep working on it, you WILL succeed! Even when the scale says otherwise, just keep plugging away and you'll break through any plateau you may hit.

Just to help us all get a better understanding - what are you current goals? What are you doing to reach those goals (exercise, diet, etc)? If exercise, what kind of routine and if diet, what's your daily meals like?

Keep us posted, I'm sure myself and others can be your support structure when you need it! Just remember, you're too close to quit now!

    Hey Sporty,

Are you running/working out/training in the mornings or evenings? What is your current daily calorie goal?

From the sound of it, it doesn't appear as though you snack during the day. You may want to revisit your calorie calculations and consider changing your eating a bit. Maybe a few snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism going. I have a desk job and started keeping a stash of granola bars nearby. This gives me a healthy snack when I get hungry during the work day. Other times I'll keep a can of nuts (peanuts, pistachios, etc) around and pick at them during the day.

You might want to change up your breakfast too. Maybe try throwing in some cottage cheese and strawberries, or a mushroom omelet. Another option might be a protein shake. Feel free to change it up too and make sure you're getting the nutrients you need as well.
