Where to start

Hello out there! i am new to this group today. My name is Tammy. I've been using this app since November. I've lost 43.2lbs with a little over 18 to my goal. Ive been stuck at my current weight for over a month and have never done strength training. Not even sure where or howv to begin. I read that this is the way to the next level of fitness and am ready. What ideas feedback or advice do you have for this novice?? Thanks in advance!!

    Hmm strength training is the way to go! Form is essential, if you don't want to pay for a trainer to teach you proper form I suggest going on YouTube and looking at how to videos. Now as far as exercises, that's tricky safety is the number 1 priority but I will say this any exercise you decide to do just do it correctly, annotate the reps and weight use, the time you did it., How it felt for you essentially keep a workout diary and always try to progress in either weight reps or both in every workout. The biggest obstacle is not having a plan and just doing whatever in the gym. Always have a plan!
