It has been quite a journey that I hated at first... starting weight 232... today's 183... 65 total body inches lost.
I love the change I see taking place. I sure wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it.... I AM PROUD. ..and I am proud of all of you who stepped out of the box
and decided to get moving!!!
