a few years ago I was huge and very overweight then at the birth of my child I lost a lot of the weight and felt really good about myself. I ran every morning before work and hit the gym hard after work. I then fell into a trap as I've bought a house recently and all my time has been spent on working in said house, so I've had little time to excercise and because I've been working till oftern midnight I've been exhausted sand living on junk food = weight gain. So after this weekend all major work on the house will be complete and I want to jump straight back on the horse so I need the help of you guys, I need some friends on here, you don't need to message me or anything (can if you want tho) just it I have people who can see my stats etc it will motivate me. I've rambled on abit so thanks
