Great start to the morning....

I've stopped making excuses for myself, and stopped being the "fat girl" who has back problems and big boobs and can't run. I've done the C25K two days in a row. I even got up at 530am this morning and did it before work. And now I'm eating 3 scrambled eggs and ready to defeat the day.

Who would have guessed that getting up at 530 and exercising would make your day feel so blessed and set yourself up for a good day

Nice work! That's how I started last year - 26 lbs and a half marathon later I'm still going. Stick with it!

This is my hope and what I keep telling myself. It will get easier and my boobs will get smaller and it won't hurt so much running. I was about 20 seconds for puking this morning. Haha. But I feel great still this morning. I want to be able to run a half marathon next year or sooner! I have about 50-60 lbs to lose.

For the last three weeks I have been walking for an hour from 5 - 6 most mornings - sets me up for the day and I miss it when I skip it. I am not a morning girl but it is nice to know I have almost 9000 steps in before I start my workday!

Same here. I'm not a morning person at all but my body actually woke up 5 minutes before my alarm actually went off. I love knowing I don't have to worry about working out now after work and can spend more time with my sweet baby boy when I get off work.

    Good for you!

I started C25K in January and was able to go the distance by April-ish (I don't remember the date!). I ran in my first official 5K May 30!

It is a great program. As it gets more difficult and more running, you will probably want to do every other day. Also, a good sports bra is an investment!!! Buy it a smidge snug and it will do you wonders! Also, if you worry about the cost, know that exercise wear sells like hot cakes online (like FB resale groups, Craig's list, etc...). Having the ladies strapped down makes exercise so much better!

    Best of luck and congratulations!

That's what I was wondering if I should do the program every other day or if I should do it 3 days in a row.

I love running in the morning. I feel so accomplished the rest of the day

a running store will have good sports bras to keep it in place better. I think i'll be stopping by one tomorrow

Awesome job! Making any exercise part of your daily routine will pay huge, permanent dividends if you stick with it! Walking 3.2 miles every morning through my neighborhood has become part of my routine, and I drag if I *don't* walk.
