I weight 141 what should be my weight gain goal?

    I think that is quite a personal decision to make, nobody else can tell you what weight should be your goal :)

    Uh...it depends on a whole lotta stuff. Height? BF%? Goals? You can't just throw out a number.

    I want to get bigger with muscles and get abs. I been working out hard for 4 weeks and three days. I gotten great results. I been eating good as well. In my profile picture is what I look like now.

    Maybe try focusing on bringing your physique closer to these measurements:

    Ideal waist = Height in inches x 0.445
    Ideal chest = Ideal waist x 1.4
    Ideal shoulders = Ideal waist x 1.618
    Ideal arms = Ideal waist x 0.51

    That would also mean getting very strong at Incline Bench Press, Standing Shoulder Press, Weighted Chin Ups, and Barbell Curls for example.
