Like all things it depends on how complicated you want to make things.
I like being able to manipulate macros by the gram and the automatic adjustments for non training days. If this isn't a deal breaker for you I think you can make it with the standard version.
If memory serves me correctly it is $50/annually which I justified as worth it to maintain that level of detail in tracking.0 -
I did it just to get rid of the ads! It was worth it for that alone, haven't played with the other features yet0
