MOTIVATION PLEASE?????

I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated. I'm on the road all the time, and sometimes it's really hard, especially when eating out all the time. Please add me????

    Today is my 3rd day with a trainer and I turned in my 5 day food journal. Slowly changing habits. :-)

    You don't need motivation from others, you need to make a commitment yourself and then live up to your commitment. Friends here can be your guilty conscience, certainly, and if it helps to know they are peering over your shoulder, so much the better.

    If you are on company business they probably give you a per diem or max amount for each meal - use that to order healthy things. I used to travel extensively for work (week in week out, millions of miles) and I used my work budget to buy really nice grilled Ahi tuna meals, swordfish, great salads, etc, plus my runners always went with me to keep me sane. It's not impossible to eat better while travelling for work all the time, but granted, it is a little more work.

    Motivation comes and goes, it wains and waxes

    just make a plan and stick to it, some days are better than others.

    Weight loss can be like a job sometimes, it isnt always fun but you have to do it for your health, so just do it, even when you dont want to or arent motivated to.

    Surely if you do something through choice, then overall you are motivated to do it otherwise you wouldnt?

    OP you just need to be better organised.
