I'm Holli and 23 and a mom to a 4 yr old. I'm not really sure about this app. But I need to work out my calories. I'm trying to lose fat...mainly my lower tummy due to being a mommy. I want to build muscle and be lean. I'm seeing results from my flexible dieting. And this app helps. Since starting this I realized I don't eat enough. And that is why my body is holding onto what it can. So yeah yay for more food but should I eat even if I'm not hungry? Idk.

Welcome! Making sure your are getting enough calories in the right portions is key. To lose tummy flab you need a strict diet and a program that builds lean muscle. Be patient. Feel free to add me!0

I have been practicing yoga for a few years but mainly inversions. I have been working on cardio and lifting a little bit of weights. Mainly Doing the bodyrocktv workout videos for the past two weeks. I'm seeing a little bit of progress and can't wait to see more progress. I just bought some protein powder
