so basically I gained a lot of weight after my dad died and I worked really hard to lose about 50lbs and I step on the scale yesterday and I was shocked to see that I am almost to the point where I started losing weight 3 years ago:( well I have decided to take this year and work on me and me alone:) so here we go again. I need friends, I want to encourage you and I would love your support and encouragement too:) so please add me and we can help each other out on our journey!

I'm sorry for loss. It is tough losing a parent. Changing your mindset is key to finding yourself again and become healthy. Fitness isn't just losing weight, it's your overall wellbeing. Finding the right program and having a game plan is very important. You got this!! Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me. I gained a lot after my stepdad died (2011) and then my dad died this March. I decided I didn't want to stay depressed and fat after yet again another death (grama died in 2012 too) and decided I would handle grief by looking after myself.

It's tough to loose a loved one, but especially your parents. Stress can really add on the pounds. I will friend request you.

So, so sorry for your loss. Grief can knock you off your pilings, for sure. But it does get easier with time. Hang in there. Looks like you've landed in the best place possible for support. Heading over to add you right now.
