Diary review: How are my macros?

I am new to healthy eating and have failed many times in the past. But these past few weeks, I have been on a roll and eating fairly balanced. I have lost about 3 pounds so far (20 more to go) and was just wondering if my diet is balanced enough and any general tips you feel would be helpful to me. Also, I am trying to limit my carbs but I am not sure if my macros are set right since I am always over. Should I change my macro balance and if so, to what?

    What are your stats? You should be aiming for your protein goal (.8-1 gram per pound of LBM) instead of carbs. It doesn't help that you're often using quick add calories than logging foods--that's a big issue there (but since you're only asking about macros rather than your overall diary, I'll stop there).
