workout with weights how to log???

How do you input your workout when you add weights to it? Today I walked a 3 min mile with a total of 13lbs added and I know I burned more than 82 calories.

you must wear a HRM if you want accurate cals for something like that...you can log it in under cardio but MFP is prob giving you the 83 cals....0

there's an option for walking with a 15 lb load.0

You may "add" an exercise, which then allows you to change your calorie burn. I believe you may change the calorie burn on the database exercise items too?0

Umm, did you mean you walked for 3 minutes, or you walked a mile? anyways, I just looked in in the exercise database for "walk" and there was an option to add "Walking, carrying an infant or 15lb load" Is that helpful at all?0
