Hello everyone, even though I'm new to this I'm far from new to diets! Tried and tested just about everything, never stuck for too long though so here's to hoping this time is it!

    Yes I have been through the same thing pretty much all my life, diets are so hard! You can do it :)

    I started my journey on Memorial day this year. My goal is to lose 100lbs by next Memorial day. I have lost Just about 10 lbs so far. I think we can motivate each other! Its hard to do alone. We can do this!
