I bought a juicer yesterday and would like to replace breakfast and lunch with juicing. Any one have any good recipes?

    Antioxidant Supreme
Antioxidants in berries boast potent anti-ageing benefits.

    Ingredients: Blueberries, strawberries, mango
    Calories: 151
    Sounds nice

    Post-Workout Refueler
Almonds' protein helps build and repair muscle. Plus, the potassium (twice as much as you get in two bananas) balances your electrolytes and fluids.

Ingredients: Oranges, almonds, sweet potato, apple
    Calories: 231

    Detox
High-fiber root veggies and fruit keep things moving through the digestive tract, while ginger calms your stomach.

    Ingredients: Ginger, beet, carrots, apple
    Calories: 155
    Give these a go

Why do you want to replace meals? You might gain weight and you certainly aren't getting fiber by drinking juice.

    I juice a lot. I use https://juicerecipes.com/health/benefits/juicing-for-weight-loss/
Or Google 'juicing recipes' or Pintrest it, or look at other social media sites and others who are juicing as well to see some recipes. Hope that help! Good luck with your journey. I'm going to start another juice cleanse next week.
