Still getting use to new sizes! From 14 to 2/4! Pics

Crazy to look back at my before pics and my today pics! Down 55lbs since Jan 2014 and went from a 14 to a 2/4! I feel great inside and out. All the hard work is worth it. It's a life style change and it doesn't happen overnight! I have had many health hurdles in the past 10 years and I feel great since dropping the extra weight and getting in shape! 35 years old and in the best shape of my life. After 2 kids and 7 surgeries for Endometriosis I did it! No excuses and no turning back. Close to my goal and feeling good. Never give up!

Amazing and I know just how you feel. I went from a 24 to a 4-6. I'm still shocked when I have to go back and get a small or x-small because the first thing I tried on was too big.0

I love using this App! Really keeps food in check and I love Beachbody workouts. I eat a lot of salad, chicken and just healthier foods and try and limit bad carbs and sugars. Love Beachbody workouts and They work and can be done from home. T25 and P90X3 and Body Beast are my favs I've done two rounds of T25 and I'm on my third round of Body Beast, great for toning and losing inches. I also walk/jog 3-5 miles a day too. It's really just a life style change. Once you see the results and feel your body and mind changing it becomes habit and no one ever regrets a workout lol.0 -
