Best meals for truckers are in Grande Cache, Alberta. We're talking tough talking Greeks in the kitchen loading the plates with all good things, and topping it all with great slabs of feta cheese.0

Lardy lol, presumably from the UK?
36 what a pain but if you were fagging it and overweight........
yes you cna get the 3.5 stone off, look at it taking 1lb a week, may be more may be less.
You will benefit from being practical and understanding a bit about nutrition so you cna put together some reaosnable meals and snakcs you can take with you. unless you are in a rush then id start with just eating at maintenance and recording what you eat so you cna see what you consume and the pattern. the you cna devise a plan suited for you i.e are you eating at lots of motorway places, is it fatty, heavt calorie stuff, how much etc.
Iy will be all about eating less and where you can manage it then moving more.

You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn—period. Eat whatever you like—just eat less.
Your Fitbit is tracking how many calories you burn every day. If you eat less than that, you will lose weight.

Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
Set your goal to .5 lb. per week for every 25 lbs. you're overweight. For 3.5 stone (49 lbs.), set your goal no higher than 1 lb. per week: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Follow your MFP calorie goal, eating back your Fitbit adjustments.

I love the way you named and shamed her as if she was a feeder lol
Try taking protein shakes with you in the cab, there are low cal types which make you feel full. And still eat cake just less of it0
