    Hi you've started take it one day at a time. It's easier to put on than take off so as it comes off keep it of. When your counting the cals it can be hard to use them all up so some days are easier than others. Use scales to weigh your food so you know exactly how much you've had. Walk walk walk and walk some more. Get your favourite tunes and head phones on off you go. You can and you will do this ahhhhhhhhhh

    I like the walking advice.. Also, I have started going to a pool to swim for exercise and if there isn't room to swim laps I just try to stay in the water and not touch the bottom... So treading or swimming for at least an hour isn't too difficult, it's low impact and I can tell I've had a workout when it's over. It feels great!
