Need some motivation!!

hey everyone!!
Finally decided to see how much good I am actually doing for my body (plus with it being swimsuit season I need to look my best) I stay rather active, but have always had trouble with my stomach and love handles... So decided it was time to make a change! So who has hints and tricks that may help me with this?

    Toning is the most important thing for stomach and love handles. Also keep the sodium intake low or drink lots of water. Too much sodium will make you look bloated and will give you the love handles.
