Broken. Need exercise ideas.

My right hand/wrist/arm ( finger tips to elbow ) is in a brace. This means no swimming, no biking (outdoor at least), no rowing, and running is super awkward.
Help. I need ideas.

If you have acess to a gym then you can use eliptical, stairmaster and bike, so that would be your cardio sorted.
Weights you cna do leg exercises as well as anything just involving one side. You cna adapt and work round things. You can walk as well.0 -
Rummage around in your attic and pull out the old Thigh Master
Modified yoga should be possible.
Plenty of things you can do with the stretchy bands.
Crunches, situps, leg raises, scissors, crunchy frogs, etc.

Thanks to both of you! I was feeling pretty low after realizing how restricting the brace will be, which probably didn't help my creativity when thinking up exercise ideas.
I don't have a gym membership (I'm an out-of-doors freak). But, this may call for a temporary pass just to get all of my other muscles moving.0
