    Persistence is the key. And, no thank you are the magic words. Always eat your own food, even if it means to take it with you. Especially your snacks. And believe it are not, your friends and family, will be asking for your food. :smiley: I even taken my food to the mall, and when it was time for me to eat, I went back to my car and sat down, in the food court to eat, people would ask me , "Where did you buy that"? And I would laugh and say "Home". :smiley: I hope this helps you with your journey. And Good Luck, and God Bless you with Success..

    Ty soo much !! I've been doing good for a week now especially eating which I know is 75% of what it takes to lose weight I've been eating tuna , tilapia, yogurt, sweet potatoes, and so forth and lots of water. Also working out. How long would you say it will take me to start to lose weight
