LOOKING FOR DAILY CHECK IN FRIENDS

I am looking to meet MFP members who want to check in daily and be accountable to log food and who are motivated to help each other stay on track. Maybe do some daily challenges for squats or anything that anyone wants to suggest. I work long hours and have so much going on and need some friends to motivate me by knowing they are there to make sure I log on. anyone interested please send a friend request.

my starting weight is 230, I am 5'6" and I am wanting to loose 60 pounds

    Anyone can add me if they want ONLY if you're serious about your lifestyle journey, i'm always up for more motivated and committed friends. I've logged in for over 350 days and i've lost 75 pounds so far.

    I would love to join! I am having a really hard time staying motivated, as I struggle with the typical work life balance and am limited to working out to early in the mornings. Any push would be welcomed!

    Wow OP, you sound a lot like me!! I started at 274 lbs and am currently at 232, looking to lose around 60 more pounds (to be re-evaluated once I reach that goal weight). I "fell off the wagon" recently when I got a PT job and was working all the time, but I've recently gotten back on track.
