so I started getting healthy and working out about a month ago. I've lost almost 6 lbs. the downside is, I don't feel good! I drink plenty of water, (obviously) track my calories so I know what to eat and how much and take all the precautions.
Every time I eat im sick.
I have been having really bad vertigo.
I feel like my blood sugar is low and I need to eat but have no appetite.
Upset stomach, nausea, light headed-ness and bad headache are a few of my other symptoms. I went to the ER last night and they took blood and urine and only came back with no results and a prescription for vertigo. HELP!!!

I would love to try and give you some advice, but I don't have enough information. What is your daily calorie intake? What kind of exercising are you doing? Your family doctor may be a better bet than the ER because they can do more testing. If you have the money a nutritionist would of course be best. I very often go through bouts with no appetite, so I try and do protein shakes. Have you cut out caffeine and sugar? Cutting down on sugar is obviously a good thing, but if you're not used to it, it can definitely have affects on your body. If you feel your blood sugar is low, a lot of places you can buy a blood glucose meter over the counter. Try that and test you blood sugar at least 3 times a day, if it is low or if it ranges by a lot, again the family doctor may be the way to go. I wish you the best luck in your journey, and hopefully you feel better soon.0

Go see your family doctor, please?!?! Those symptoms could be anything or nothing. Don't take chances with your health.0
