Let's Get Together!

I'm putting together a walk/jog support group meetup near the boarder of Racine & Kenosha counties. We'll get together once a week, ( and I'll stagger it, so more folks can come) do a group walk at a park or pathway. It'll be fun, supportive, and a great way to meet other friends on the same health/ weight loss journey.

Even if you don't want to do the meet-ups but want to have the support of local folks, chime-in here! Let's share friendly reminders to keep moving even on days when the weather is just MEAN! (If you live in WI, you know what I mean!)
