Go to GNC and ask for advice. There are several I like. Isopure drinks are good, but 160 calories. Have to consider that. Since I don't eat much meat Protein supplements are the only way I can get the recommended amount0

GNC is one of the more expensive places to shop. If you go to the store to buy - look at the labels - most protein powders have a lot of fillers.0

I really like Trutein myself. Optimum Nutrition is a good quality one also.0

I use Brown Rice Protein Powder by Source Naturals. Available on amazon.com.0

If you want a pre-made shake and have a Costco membership, they have Premier Protein shakes cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.0

www.bodybuilding.com have good offer
I buy from www.tmall.com in China, like the taste of 100% gold standard optimum when from optimum nutrition. ~ 75 scoops per barrel.
For me this is good.
I also tried Muscle phrama - tricellar caesin, didn't like chocolate taste0 -
Dymatize, great flavors, I go though a couple dozen pounds a year.
Not all protein is created equal. A lot will count aminos as protein. Some, like Body Fortress will require 3 scoops to get the claimed 60G (they used to claim 2 scoops was 60G, till they were caught counting aminos as protein). Tests on Dymatize show the protein content is the same as the label or a gram or two higher than the label.
What ever you get, look at LabDoor to verify what the label claims is accurate. LabDoor can also tell you about other supplements.
I shop BodyBuilding.com or muscleandstrength.com for the best prices. Google for coupons or sign up for the newsletter and get 10% off typically.0
