Hey guys and gals, I am on a quest to find a new homemade protein shake that packs on the muscle and Doesn't cost the earth!
I've used powder for years and want a nice change.
I'm off shopping in a bit so any recipes will be greatly appreciated :)

    70g frozen strawberries
    70g frozen blueberries
    12g chia seeds
    18g peanut butter
    217g plain greek yogurt
    8 oz skim milk (fairlife)
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    55g spinach
    100g banana

    MACROS:
    Cal: 755
    Carb: 78
    Fat: 11
    Protein: 91
    Sodium: 417
    Sugar: 43

    Can lower the sugar by using 1/2 of a banana. Can lower the calories by cutting the yogurt in half and eliminating the peanut butter.
