    water , phone, pee, coffee, breakfast, kids to school, workout!!! on a perfect day! If we oversleep its skip all n run out door to school then race back to pee!! lol

    Then when I'm up, workout clothes, shoes, socks PMD Pump fuel then off to workout... Sometimes, my socks don't even match. I try to set out the stuff the night before so I don't have to turn on the lights.

    My phone which is normally blaring with the alarm - whack it off.

    If you ignore that, dressing gown goes on and I potter downstairs to make breakfast.
    My first thought in the morning is food, food & food.

    I've drilled it into me so I never forget breakfast or go without it.
