So, I've been avoiding Week 3 in C25K for the last couple weeks. I don't know what got into me, but last night I tried it. Week three consists of 5 minute warm up, 90 second run, 90 second walk, two rounds of 3 minute run, then 3 minute walk, then 90 second walk, 90 second run, and 5 minute cool down. The 3 minute run scared the crap outta me.

I need to start week 8, but never enough hours in the day... going to end up back tracking back to Week 6 I think!0 -
