hey all, just started this app in hopes that it will help me along my long journey. I need to lose 100+ lbs. same goals, feel free to add!!

    Lol I've been playing with the app for a couple days, it's pretty easy to get the hang of. I just have to remember to record everything

    I've been using the app for 62 days and I changed my diet quite a bit. I've lost 40 lbs so far. The app takes a little while to get used to. Adding all food is important.

    Wow that's awesome!! 40 lbs in 2 months that's amazing!! I will definitely try to make sure I record all my food, but I know it will be hard. What kind of exercising do you do?

    I've been on for a while but truly sticking to it this time and it has helped more so getting in the community, which I had never done before. It's great support and motivation. And yes, log everything! Even if you have an off day (the majority of us do). Feel free to add me. :)

    @ ladyscorpio67 I've been on in the past as well and with no friends it got old fast, so I ended up not using the app. Someone told me to get back on and get in the community and add friends so that's what I did, and I can already tell it's going to be different this time around

    The community does help. I even found one group that does a mini-weight loss goal challenges (lose 20 by July 4th), and that has kept me on track for the most part the last two months. I'm not sure if I'll hit the goal, but should be close to it.
