Flat Out Flat Breads ROCK! (http://www.flatoutbread.com/ - Found @ WalMart) - Pizza, Rolls, Wraps, I'm even thinking about crisping it up and making a healthy version of Nachos!

I've posted a couple (Taco Turkey Roll and Italian Turkey Pizza), and find people are really loving these things too! What's your favorite way to use them???

Another I REALLY like is Turkey Club

1 Flat Bread (90 calories)
2 Tsp Honey Mustard - (20 calories)
6 pieces of Mesquite Turkey Breast - Oscar Meyer (50 calories)
2 Pieces Low Sodium Turkey Bacon (50 calories)
Fresh Tomato (1 slice is about 5 calories)
1/4 Avocado (75 calories)

Total of approx 290 calories and 11 grams of fiber - Filling! I've also been known to chop an egg on it!

Spread honey mustard on wrap, add ingredients as you please, roll or fold, and enjoy! :)

I use a different type of wrap but same concept. Here's my standby.

Spread some wholly guacamole on a pita or wrap. Add the following:
    1 chicken breast grilled
    1 hardboiled egg - chopped
    fresh spinach to taste
    tomatoes
    cucumbers
    bacon - if you want
    Reduced fat swiss cheese

    My hubby LOVES this.

I love Flat Out, too but one thing I have found is that sometimes when I buy them they are molded. I check the dates on them, but twice this has happened to me. BUMMER!

I made a BBQ chicken pizza with mine.

1 Flatout Light Italian Herb Wrap
1-2 TBS Honey BBQ sauce (brush on)
Shredded Rotisserie chicken (leftover from dinner) - about 2 oz, drizzle remaining BBQ sauce on chicken
1/4 cup shredded reduced fat 4 cheese Italian
    2 med scallions (cut up)

Bake at 400 for approx 6 - 8 min or until cheese melted. Bake directly on rack for crisp wrap! It's delicious! Feel free to add any other toppings!

Also really awesome if you spray it with EVOO in a spritzer (brush it on), add some seasoning and tear into pieces. Bake at 400-425 until really crispy. You can either tear it before or break it apart when done.

Great with Black bean dip, salsa, brushcetta, humus...etc.

OOOhhh...with as crispy as I managed to get the crust for pizza, I was thinking you could do something like this! YUM!

Can I just say that I'm so glad that this thread was started! Flat Out Flatbread is soooo awesome! I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but I have done anything from turkey, tomato, lettuce, low fat mayo, and brown mustard to chicken breasts grilled and then cooked in a homemade tomato sauce with parmesan cheese added for a chicken parmesan wrap. Tonight I'm doing a version of a meatball sub with ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, and mozzerella cheese. YUM!

I sure will! I had made spaghetti with meat sauce (ground turkey) 2 nights ago and we ate up most of the leftovers already, but I had some of the meat sauce left. So it's not really meatballs, but it will taste just as good, imo :)

These are all yummy ideas. I will have to try some of these recipes the next time I go grocery shopping. I just get whatever type of bread is on sale. Flatouts, wholewheat tortillas, pitas...etc.

I like to spray half of one with canola oil spray. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and truvia. Cook for 8 minutes at 350. Tear or cut into into cinnamon chips. Delicious with strawberries for dessert!

Another great idea - I was trying to come up with a healthy way to do this - you nailed it! THANKS! :)

Has anyone tried freezing them? I'm off to the store in a bit to get some more and thought about buying an extra to have in the freezer (to cut down on trips to the store - I'm 30 minutes away). Just curious if they thaw well?

I'm bumping this instead of creating a new thread. These have been a lifesaver for me. I LOVE them. Flatbread pizza on them is so good and it is so big that it is really filling and I don't feel like I'm cheating myself.

In the last few weeks I have used them for pizza, wraps, fajitas, burritos, quesadillas, and even as a substitute for hamburger buns. I used to use the sandwich thins for hamburgers but these are way better. It was weird at first to have a cheeseburger wrap but it was delicious!!! I love that they are not tiny and that they are so soft.

If you haven't tried them - they are great! I have only been able to find one flavor though. I found them at walmart and walgreens of all places!
