Hey guys hope someone can help me. I'm training to become lean and build muscle, I'd like to look muscular a bit like an athlete. My macros is all sorted out, I'm weight training/strength training as well as either swimming or doing HIIT workouts. I get all my food such as porridge, peanut butter, whey protein from muscle food but should I be taking some sort of supplement like creatine? Thanks in advance

I would take some BCAA's, as it helps with protein synthesis and recovery! It's a life saver to help reduce muscle breakdown during cardio - that way you get to keep your hard-earned muscle and shred your remaining body fat! :)

I am 116pounds age 28 female 5ft 5 but I had a baby three years ago by c-section so I seem to hold weight there. I lost three pounds bringing me to 116pounds. I want to shred the tummy so you can see muscle and bulk up my arms etc. Any advice appreciated
