just wanted to introduce myself

Ive been using fitness pal for almost a year and never thought about using it other then logging in food. But I would like to meet people losing weight like me. And help support each other. :) when i:-)first started I weighed 240 and now I weigh 212 and my goal is like 180 right now. So if u would like to get to know me more. Please let me know:-)

    oh I know how hard that can be, a especially just starting out. But I find drink a ton of water can dwindle the junk food cravings or even gum.
