Need a rocket up my bum

really need to get back on track with my diet. I lost 64 pounds and have gained most of it back :( so
Disappointed in myself. Anyone want to help and encourage me with me returning the favour??

    Be proud of yourself for trying again. That's what it takes. You can do this. Take it one pound at a time.

    I am close to target and think about that myself

    I don't want it back!!!

    We have to find new ways of living more active and eating right.

    I've heard of people meshing brain surgery and rocket science together to jokingly get rocket surgery as a difficulty, but this is my first hearing of rocket proctology.

    Don't give yourself a hard time mate. Just do what you know you need to again but in a more sustainable way. Good luck.
