Hello there, I got this app for my phone a while ago used it to track calories then got off. Now I'm back, my goal is to lose about 65lbs. I started the insanity workouts on Monday so today will be day three. my legs are killing me so bad!!! I know I have about 10 days of absolute pain before it stops hurting so bad. I am supposed to go riding horses before my workout tonight, if I can get my legs to cooperate and get my butt on the horse!!. Anyway good luck everyone and ill be lurking.
