Start now and keep it up before it's too late. You've only got about 100 years...

    1) learn to enjoy the calm before the storm because there will be several.
    2) focus on the positive, but learn from the negative as well.
    3) stop attaching your self worth to the idea of being skinny. (still working on it)
    4) drink more water and sleep.
    5) say thank you more often!

Whatever you do....do NOT buy the Halloween candy at 75% off! It will start you down a long, evil road that you will barely recover from.....

Stop overeating and skipping workouts. You're letting food and laziness control you.

I would tell myself which companies to buy stock in. It's not insider trading if there's time travel involved, right?

I think this is a really important question. I'm having some success here, but I have these doubts about whether I can keep the weight off once I stop counting every single calorie and reading about weight loss all the time! I think I would say to myself the following:

You don't do well with junk food in the house.
    Lift weights!
    Pack your lunch
    Drink your water
Weigh yourself regularly to keep yourself on track. (Ignorance about my actual weight was a big reason I got fat).

I hate falling of the horse, literally tried horse ridding about 2 times ( but the injuries sustained from horse ridding makes me not want to pursue this sport, e.g. superman in a wheel chair), the quote

"fall of the horse get back on "- urban dictionary (Def. 1 (verb) To attempt the same challenging action after failure. Apparently derived from an old adage: "You have to get back on the horse that threw you."

Def. 2 (verb) To get back into a habit. Traditionally this would refer to a good habit, but sarcastically might refer to a bad habit or addiction. Possible confusion with the phrase "on the sauce".
Def. 1 - I know you burned the turkey trying to cook Thanksgiving dinner, but you can't let that stop you if you really want to become a chef. You'll just have to get back on the horse and try cooking it again.

Def. 2 - I'd been trying to do 30 minutes of exercise every day, but my work schedule eventually got so busy I could never make it to the gym. Things have calmed down quite a bit recently though and I keep meaning to get back on the horse and go work out again. )

from my side, and God side like having a Godly habit, then I sin, sin sector/ jesus sector ----fall of----, had a great exercise streak going and monday fell of, watched movies ( "orange the new black"- a bunch of woman in prison, did the crime, now doing the time!), ( this series is such a good metaphor for me), instead of using my talent wisely, I watched movies, skipped exercise( random thought happening now, a fly is bugging me right now, so must sin be like that to God?) ( fly/mosquito), ( mfp is like being in "orange is the new black"), learning how to form new behaviour patterns, or going back to old better behaviour patterns).

As an artist, I am dogged by negative thoughts patterns (not being good enough, worthy)( or not being able to sell, only the rich buy art, how many artist, having rich friends/patrons right), suicide/death, ungodly addictions, wasting time i.e. like watching movies/series (always from childhood loved stories) ( stupidity turning into regrets).

Instead of refining and growing and improving my talent, which is solely my responsibility. Its God given the seed, my creative talent, my responsibility to grow, & nurture and water.

Life without an enjoyable job ( i.e. contributing in a positive and uplifting way to society as a whole) is no life at all. Bread & fish don't fall from the sky, on a daily bases.

So Todays encouragement for me is, time is made up of balance, i.e. seasons ( winter, a time to rest & learn & be encouraged, sow seeds, spring to grow and develop, summer-fruits, autumn, letting go, contributing to God's art history, doing my best & letting go.)

So everyday saddle up, get on the horse and enjoy the ride, wind in my hair i.e. be encouraged daily, Keep thoughts positive daily, if fall of ( repent ) and get back on, feed myself positive and encouraging words.

Laugh more often than not. The less bad habits you have the happier you will be. "Chuck Norris once roundhouse kicked a $10 bill into 200 nickels" that is I am making small progress..........one day Chuck Norris would have kicked all my bad habits away, ............freedom:)

Lol one :) don't let yourself get fat!! I guess I now have more compassion for people fighting addictions and how much of a struggle it is. Once you start on the road to addictions its a slippery road, if you don't have your snow tyre s on ( will power), addictions can quickly derail you & capsize your body. It might sound like fun, just don't do it. Pick your friends wisely.

If you are a troll don't stop by, just keep moving on, it is unnecessary to be a troll, just respect other people think differently from you, I am an artist and I belong to God's kingdom. I need something different to keep me going on this journey, please don't make it harder than it is. There might be other unusual people out there who might want to stop by, no need to put them of with your judgemental attitude. It would be much appreciated if you would just move along.
