I had gastric bypass a little over a year ago. Although I have lost over 100 lbs I still battle witj making the right food choices. And many times I dont and regret it later. Hoping this app will help me make better choices.

you can get a lot of support and it does keep you straight with logging if you do it regularly. Best to make sure you are weighing your food and sticking to the plan because the app itself won't help with your food choices, you still get to make those but it's very helpful to show you what you are eating if you are logging accurately. a kitchen scale is very helpful. you've lost a lot of weight and must feel amazing...stay the course and you'll continue to have success....calories in v calories out, that is what truly matters. best of luck and stay active on the boards here.0

Grats on the loss!
Yea, its tough. For myself, having used this site for a few years now, I can say without hesitation that knowing what is going in helps with the choices during the day. If I try a new recipe or meal and find myself hungry soon after, Im not doing it again. If I forget to log the pieces of fruit I grab throughout the day, the goals are blown. It's a struggle for some of us, true. But somehow, seeing the day spread out on this page helps.
I hope it works for you!0
