I agree. MFP is a good tool to use to lose weight. I have been enjoying it sense I started. It can be addictive at times as well.0

YAY Congrats on it working for you too. It has definitely helped me too. I looked up all the calories of my favorite fastfood meals on here and let me tell you... I havent touched them since. I see how hard it is to work off the Calories I DO eat and I sure dont need 600 calorie french fries on there.. Good luck and I hope you have MUCH success!!!!
